It is ground from whole garbanzo beans (also known as chick peas or cici beans) and can be used in gluten free baking of breads, farinata, socca, crackers, pizza crusts, flatbreads, and even muffins and doughnuts! Try the recipe on the bag for a quick and delicious variation of falafels: falafel patties! Garbanzo Bean Flour is a good source of iron and fiber and offers 6g of protein per serving.
